Our server was so nice and made us feel welcome, I hope they are our server next time too. I enjoyed the upbeat music, and my breakfast was impressive and well seasoned. Rarely do I get hashbrowns thay have a decent amount of crisp to them but these were perfect. Good sourdough toast too. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Glos. Will be back for sure.

Went for our first breakfast on our trip, had excellent service. We had pancakes and an omelet we split, the waitress caught on to the fact we were sharing and brought it out split. Excellent so impressed! Food was delicious.

I left Seattle in 2005 and just came back to Glo’s nearly 20 years later. So much on Capitol Hill has changed in that time—whole blocks feel unrecognizable to me—but walking into Glo’s was like getting a warm welcome home hug. I had the crab Benedict and it was everything I hoped it would be: perfectly poached eggs, a light yet creamy hollandaise, and flavors that reminded me why this place has always been special. Yes, the new location is bigger and shinier than the little café I remember, but it still holds the same heart and soul. Glo’s continues to be an anchor of the neighborhood’s diverse community, a place that feels both familiar and essential no matter how much the city evolves around it. I’m grateful it’s still here—and I can’t wait to come back on my next trip to Seattle.

Had a great time and wonderful food at Glo's. I know some people are nostalgic for the old location but the 2 hour waits on the weekends were getting old, frankly, and the new place is bright and airy. The food is sooo good. Stuffed french toast, lemon poppyseed pancakes and an scrambled egg dish called The Nicholas were all fantastic. The wait staff is friendly but service can be a bit slow during busy times. Nonetheless, go to Glo's. You won't regret it.

Oh what delightful and tasty breakfast and brunch options and such warm service.. The staff was SO kind, sweet and nice… Came here multiple times, and tried several breakfast and brunch options that were eggs and bread centric.. ALL FANTASTIC !! The coffee is SPOT ON !! While in Seattle we were looking for a really good breakfast spot, when we found Glo's. The decor is reminiscent of mid century modern and the staff are all very friendly and warm. I ordered the black bean omelette and my wife got the pancake. If you are looking for a small bite to eat, be prepared to take home a lot of food because the portions are large. I've never eaten an omelette with Black Bean chili in it, but I hope it's not the last time. It was nothing short of delicious, as was the pancake. The hash browns come served in a mound and are next level delicious.

Really good food. The best hash-browns I’ve had in town. They were really crispy and golden. Good flavor and not overly salted. The Benedict was rich and buttery and the hollandaise balanced. The corned beef hash tasted good but wasn’t as seasoned as other diners. Maybe it’s the seasoning ratio, but it was good. Pancakes were generous and side sausages cooked perfectly. Service was all over the place and the server appeared overwhelmed on a Saturday. Coffee wasn’t great and refills never happened. We were also sat at a dirty table waiting for it to be cleared off. Still a solid place to eat.

Glo’s has a classic diner feel with a modern atmosphere. The menu had classics like omelettes, pancakes, and biscuits and gravy while paired with season specials and lunch offerings. Hashbrowns were hot and crispy and would highly recommend a side if your meal doesn’t come with them. The latte was great and service was fast. They are on the pricier side, but the quality and location make up for it. I will be back.

Glo's is a modern diner with great food! Hash browns are so so good and my favorite were the grilled tomatoes on eggs Benedict 😋, it added juiciness and an amazing flavor to the Benedict. The servers were so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for breakfast/brunch, but make sure you come here early as there is always a line for brunch closer to 12pm.
